Predictability

I totally agree with his assertion. But I am going to add some salt through waggling my acid tongue...

"People who are predictabily doing behind - scene stuffs are the worst kinda people around"

Fake... superficial or even scheming... well you name the world has it...

We all meet them sometimes u know... important thing is how to smoke them out... hahaha

We all just needa learn to stay away from such people.. period.

Is the grass greener, or just a case of something else ?

Heard something on the radio today which got me thinking:


"The grass is always greener on the other side, but question is do we know how much fertilizers were used to make them so ?? "


So bottom line goes to what I have always mentioned, think carefully and make a decision. Once you are in it, never look back, because there is no point in doing so even when you are in deep S**T.

That's pretty much how I go about living my life ... hahaha

Under the Weather....

I guess finally the rounds of moving around has taken a toll on Laoda's body... hahaha

I mean jokes aside, I took MC; not becos I wanted to , but becos the pain on my jaw area was too much to bear already... I have been enduring it since before the festive period... until this morning... when the accumulated lack of porper rest and activities has somehow msyteriously combined with the virus and given me a hell of a time...


Anyway, talk about activities, I had 4 Yushengs in a weekend... haha - Lao jiao's place, Huafeng's bdae, Plasma, the gang. More to come... not that I mind... just hope that I rest enough to be well again...

Weekends has been very much eventful these days... dunno y... like cant seem to take some time off to just stone into space.

Now I really appreciate y some tell me it's a blessing sometimes to just be doing nothing !!

Angsty Mum... and bad-mannered idiots...

My mum is damn pissed ... and I dun blame her seriously...

What actually happened was that today she wasnt at home (neither was I), and a distant relative dropped by our place. Anyway to cut the story short, one of their kids tried to touch an artifact that could have potentially break it... that artifact is supposed to bring peace fortune and harmony to the family, hence like I said, I am equally pissed.

I guess the gist of the whole thing (my sis' account) is that despite seeing their kids do such nonsense stuff, her parents chose to close both eyes... *roll eyes*. First, they came without a decent call to inform...talk about courtesy... then such acts... haiiiz.... sometimes it's really a reflection of the parents when the child come up with all those kinda problems...

I should paste the sign "Dogs and XXX not allowed" for next year's CNY period... lolz

Talk about manners, it dawned upon me recently that more and more Singaporeans are losing their manners... let me cite two examples:

1) I was pushed by a teenager from the back with hands to try and force me into the train... mind you it wasnt the peak hours... it was 10pm !!!

2) I met a pri sch fren at the supermarket just yesterdae. She was farking unfrenly... farking might be too mild.

me: Hi @$$%@#%, how are you ? Happy New Yr !

*lent our my hand*

@$$%@#%: Hi (reluctantly shaking the hand)

me: You stayed around here ?

@$$%@#%: Yeah.

*She walked and looked away*

me: Oh ok bye.

@$$%@#%: bye. (still looking away)

Wah lau eh.. at least have the courtesy to look at me and say good bye leh... hmmm....


So much for Singapore having a first-class education system... haii... more and more ill-mannered people lingering among us pple...

Disappointed but it also reinforced the irony that they are actually the "low class" pple in society !

First up, Happy CNY to all !! And Happy V-day for the love birds !!

I had quite an unusual CNY to be honest, probably becaused I missed CNY last year when I was in overseas... then again... the atmosphere for new year has always been pretty flat for me... tsk tsk

So here comes the unusual part - my dad sprained his back while washing his car; so I was pretty much tied up all CNY eve at the hospital. Hope he recovers well soon... I had offered to wash it for him... but u know sometimes... the folks are just stubborn lah...

As for CNY holidays, my place has been pretty packed with people since now my Ah Ma stays with us. No kidding, zesting with life" is the phrase ... hahaha... and then after everyone's gone we will be so exhausted... lolz

But I like the people traffic really...
Hopefully everyone had a great CNY... mine was hectic !! haha
