There were happier days when :

I worked out...

I partied...

I travelled...

There were outings....

There were bdae celebrations...

And last but not least, the phenomenon around us... haha

A good and eventful year alright !!

Thank you all for being part of my YR 2007 experiences !!

P.S: Yifei and the Water Sprout are placed under the same category becos they both have the right of their ways.... wahahahaha

Year 2008 New Yr Resolution

Hmmmm... I really think festive mood gotta do with age and availability.

Dunno abt you guys... for me as I get older, festival becomes more of any avenue to meet up with friends to chill or stay at one of their homes to MJ all night. Gone were the days where we would like go and walk and mess with the crowd on the streets.

Availability cos I always feel that if you have tt someone with you, the festive mood seem to be heightened a little... which I dun have for a pass 1-2 yrs lor ... and I not a "anyhow-get-into-r/s-kinda" person, so if I am not meeting my friends or hanging out with any other pple, I would naturally be resting at home. Haha

Alright enuff of these nonsense, time to declare my New Yr Resolution !!

(Ranking is insignificant here.. hee) So here goes:

1) Although my Yr 4 sem 1 results are not bad, they could definitely be better. I must forcus my way till the finishing line and not be like this sem where my last paper was not really well done... |||

2) I must complete my FYP as far as possible and get an A for it, so that there is a chance I could get Second Upper for my honors.

3) Thoroughly enjoy myself for my grad trip !!

4) Get a job, preferbly a bank job. This part I cant really control since it's pple choose me one... so well...

5) Continue to cherish my loved ones and friends. They shall remain strong healthy and most importantly happy !! 8)

6) Get a gf maybe ? If not like not very healthy leh... mentally i mean... and besides... my friends wont have a chance to keep teasing me abt this gal... tt gal... and wat have you...

Happy New Year Peeps !!!

Chicago 103 vs Milwaukee 99

Well.. well...well... the jury is out !!

The new coach for the Bulls, at least the the whole season, is Jim Boylan. He was the assistant coach to Skiles. He was made the interim coach until GM Paxson could find someone better.

First game under his charge, was a lucky win for Bulls though. Gordon was back to his sixth man role. But wth was wrong with Nocioni man... jacking up shots like there was no tomorrow... wth 2/12 for a bench player. One more nonsense game like this and he will sit on his bench for good man... haha

Besides this, another problem I see is that the players seemed to be accustomed to chase their opponents that they seemed to be waiting for the Bucks to get back at them when they had the opporunities to lead or tie the game... really very bad mentality man... Seems like this is the real reason why they cannot keep leads and stuff...

Really, a trade need to come... and quick, I wouldnt mind trading Big Ben for Gasol really. Gasol is really not enjoying his stay in Memphis.*winkz* Besides, the Grizziles dont really need him with so much youngsters on the roster. 8)

Do it pax !

Well, a win is still a win...

Go Bulls !!

On a side note, wanna see fiesty character in NBA, here you go:

Bucks' coach Larry Krystkowiak was apparently pissed with the match officials... talk about being pissed, I am positive the match official must have slept with his wife or something... wahahaha.... and for that he was given only 2 technical fouls... |||

I wouldnt want to tok to him if I were the match official... scary .... kekeke

When Vanity becomes a Discourtesy....

I can understand that all women loves to look good and be pretty for everyone to look at... aka vain...

I mean it is perfectly alright... but pls ladies... do not do stuffs like CUTTING UR NAILS ON THE TRAIN !! Today while I was on my way home from school, the lady beside me was doing the cuting... click... click... click... worst of all one of her nails hit me lah.... I was like erm...

So I plucked my courage and took a photo of her cutting nails on the train with my phone....

You know... when a guy sees a lady cutting on the train... the first thing that comes to mind is tt she is unhygienic and inconsiderate. And this is never the way to show one is vain man... The next thing that comes to mind( at least for me... ) is messiness. A guy will never like a messy woman... FULL STOP !!

When Chinese Methods Surpasses the Westerners...

Holographic Meridian Scraping Therapy or commonly known as 刮痧 (Guah Sha) is a type of chinese acupuncture treatment that helps to stimulate the metabloism of the body through the scrapping of the skin with a comb. As the scrapping continues, rashes will appear and it is this rashes that speed up the metabolism rate and remove toxins from the body.

Dun get me wrong, it is very very painful. You can ask me, I can attest to it. Most of the time when I was sick, my mum will do this treatment for me. And the kinda pain like someone is crapping ur skin off ur body and I could hear the scrapping sound too.... haha

But guess wat, it's really effective. Take my fever yesterdae for example, I am almost recovered just half a day after the treatment. My whole body feels more relaxed and lighter... heehee

So I really recommend this treatment to you guys. The comb is really easily attainable, I could lend you guys too if you really wanna do it.

And the combing strokes just have to start from the spine and tracing the bones structure of the body, like tracing out the bones lidat... Or you guys could talk to my mum too... the main thing is to endure the pain to get the rashes out ... 8)
From my experience, the part where there is "something" wrong tends to ache more and gets rashes much easier

In conclusion, this is an excellent treatment but a very painful process... haha If one really cannot stand pain, better dun try man.... hahaha

Farewell Skiles !!

I mean wat can I say... The Bulls just sacked their coach Scott Skiles. Soley based on this season, he rightly should go :

1) He couldnt motivate the players at all... like he did during the past 3 seasons. Kirk Hinrich was on a slump, so was Big Ben. And add that to the inconsistent plays from Gordon, Deng and Nocioni. A combi for failure indeed.

2) The lack of post player has hurt the Bulls. Like many said, they live and die on shooting jumpers. This season they shot a meagre 41%, not good enuff if compared to the past 3 yrs. Most importantly, their 3-pt is only abt 35% !! When you live and die by shooting and u shoot so low percentage, wat can I say.

3) Skiles' rotation is a little weird in the sense that he seems to not have any focus on the team, whether is it to win games with veterans, or to keep faith with youngsters. He was always tinkering with the lineup as a result, and the 9-14 record resulted.

4) It is not that the Bulls lost so many games, it's gotta do with how they lost. I felt that the team totally gave up hope and this is no longer the Bulls team that saw for the past 3 yrs. That resulted in bad defense and sloppy turnovers that could have been avoided. Like I always said, one can have a bad shooting night, but one can never have bad effort night.

But Pax gotta take some blame too, he should be getting the team a inside presence instead of relying so heavily on outside shooting. Oh well, if the team dosent come up with some consistently solid performances, the next to go would be him.... And Big Ben is clearly not the answer the Bulls need... |||

At the end of the day, despite all his misgiving this season, Scott Skiles was the right decision all along. He brought this team from no-man lands to this respectable team in the Eastern Conference. And the hardwork and effort he has put, he deserve to have a pat on his back.

Well done Scott for the past 4 yrs of contribution to the Chicago Bulls ! And all the best !!

So whose the next in-line to take over the bandwagon ? Rick Carlisle(former Pacers), Doug Collins(former X3 Wizards) or Jeff Van Gundy(former Houston) ?

Rick Carlisle

Doug Collins

Jeff Van Gundy

You guess is as good as mine...

A snowy xmas for the Bulls indeed in Chicago.
