Meteorite Showers Anyone ?

Last week, I saw a meteorite hit some place near my workplace.

I was going home when I noticed the lights from the sky... i tot was some firecracker accident or some celebration. Then, it was broadcasted from the TV that meteorite showers are going to be here for the couple of weeks.

In fact, just saw one today in broad day light...
