John Lee asked me "What have you learnt from having 3 rotations in NG Program"

Well that are what I have learnt:

1) Being Political Savvy
2) Street Smartness
3) How difficult it is to change cultures
4) Oil Industry knowledge

But I still have lots lots more to learn ...
