Shadow of who ?

There are the fallacies somewhere out there about Lebron and Free Agency, here goes:

Lebron will stay in Cleveland to win a championship

Contrary to that, I would think that is the main reason for his departure. Look at this season, Antawn Jamison, Shaq, M Peterson, Iglauskus, which players are bad ? Only bad I see is they dont work well together; which is precisely why the Cavaliers has been the same as last year in terms of reaching the Semis for the Playoffs only. Ultimately, I wouldnt want to see an "Alan Shearer" in NBA. Kevin Garnett nearly fell into this abyss of loyalty for the Timberwolves...

Lebron will choose NY as the best alternative

Yeah... for all the fan base, money and stage NY possesses, she also carries with her the baggage of bad management and bad trades for the last decade. Had Lebron leave for the sake of winning a championship, NY is probably not the best place to be in.

Lebron alone will win the championship

He proved to everyone that he cant this season. He needs a side kick; someone like Derrick Rose to relieve him of the ball when he is being targetted. For all Mj's might, he had Pippen to flourish together with yeah...

Lebron will not fall into the shadow of MJ

Okay, this is the fallacy that really bugs me... what shadow seriously ? Has Kobe been overwhelmed with the shadows of Riley, or Kareem and Magic ? Or has the Boston trios (K Garnett, R Allen, P Pierce) been chickened out by the names of Russell or Bird ? We are talking about All-star calibre players; I would be really disappointed if Lebron decided against Bulls due to this reason... hahaha

Lebron will not join Bulls because they are not there yet

Lebron is looking for a) fan base; b) money; c) stage; d) good core of players; e) an All-Star "side kick". Bulls has it all... period.

End of day, where he goes is ultimately his choice, but I reckon Bulls stands a very big chance of landing him. Even if we cant get him, there are the Bosh, Amare, Wade, JJ and Boozer we can go after...

Go Bulls !!
